I'm visiting with new friends when the typical small talk, getting to know you type questions start to come up.
You know
"where are you from?"
"what do you do?"
I respond with a smile and say, "I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner."
The typical response to my answer is...."A what??!! What does that mean??"
To answer their question and perhaps yours, I am here to guide, teach and support you in building your path to a life of wellness. An approach that is unique to you!
What is a path of wellness?
Creating a path of wellness is about being mindfully and actively paying attention to what makes you feel best.
Why is it important?
When you become intentional and focus on your personal wellness, you will likely feel healthier, have more energy, and connect with your purpose.
I work with each client on a bio-individual level.
Bio-individuality. Bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. No food philosophy or diet can yield the same results for everyone. Your current circumstances, challenges, lifestyle, strengths, and weaknesses influence what foods will serve you best.
.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I believe in the philosophy that centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and individualized approach to nutrition and lifestyle.
.
My mission is to promote health by providing nutritional education. I follow a foundational, holistic approach that focuses on the importance of :
properly
prepared
nutrient-dense
whole foods
as well as
A well-balanced
lifestyle.
I help my clients STOP! I want them to stop comparing themselves and their children to the women they know or their families on the social web. Stop thinking if what they're doing isn't working for you and your home, then you're doing it wrong. Perhaps it's just wrong for you!
.
.
My clients have to WORK alongside me to discover what works for them and their home!
I help my clients not only live well but to THRIVE! To feel in control and have a plan. I help women and mothers feel strong, feel peace, and love the skin they're in.
